Recent reviews

The app only provides basic information and has numerous glitches and limitations. It sends out texts about “your prescription” but doesn’t indicate which prescription. Worse, when any prescription hits a snag (out of stock, need info from provider, blocked by refill laws, etc.) that prescription simply disappears from your account. You end up making endless calls directly to the pharmacy to get basic information. Not a great user experience overall.

Why can’t the app include the first three letters of the drug when notifying me that my drugs ready or need approval. I order many drugs at one time for my husband and me. I can’t keep running to the store to pick up drugs when they aren’t all there?
