This app is useless !! It crashes upon opening on both iPad and iPhone. It seems there’s a problem with the account page. When trying to switch to a different tab (cards, payments, more) while the app loads, it stays open. As soon as I try to go back to the account tab, the app crashes again. Same behavior on iPhone and iPad so I guess it’s something happening when the app connects to Fortuneo servers to retrieve the data. It’s been months and many updates of the app but the issue is still here. I also talked twice to a customer representative over the phone to notify them of the problem. Nothing has been done. It’s really a shame that a bank that’s supposed to be online only doesn’t have an app that works flawlessly especially when all the validations of operations are supposed to be done via the app.
