User Reviews

Pros: The app offers secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging across providers, time-saving workflows, and ease of use with simple assignment, plus responsive support and long-standing institutional adoption. Cons: Recurrent reliability issues mar experience—notifications often fail to alert, or are inaudible; the app crashes, freezes, and requires frequent refreshes; messages can be routed to the wrong physician, risking patient safety; iPad usability suffers due to no landscape mode or split-screen support; occasional audio issues like sudden loud volume without controls.

This latest update has really hindered our workflow. The required forms are a huge disaster and need to be gotten rid of. I think I will be suggesting we change platforms if it’s not reversed. It is time consuming to send a message for new admission now.

I’m a physician. Can’t retrieve very important messages unless you have perfect reception or perfect WiFi. Very limited options with what you can do with the messages. Don’t understand current rating. Absolutely terrible in comparison to competitors like mobile heartbeat or clinical comms. Must be very cheap for the institution. Garbage app.
