The schedule just shows a list of patients for the day by the hour. You can’t see blocks or visualize how long they are scheduled for. Can’t add patients. You can text them. It’s not super useful and needs some work.

Features arent updated from a long time ago. You can see all appointments very clearly in a calendar view with 3-4 columns. The texting, emailing etc is also very difficult to use and scattered. The marketing campaign templates are outdated and if there are just cellphone numbers you cant do any reactivation campaign as those are only done via email. Extremely old school and dentrix calendar sync issues all the time and extremely slow.
