Seems like the app was changed to a single sign on via website and Face ID is now broken, also app forces login every time I go to use it regardless of leaving it open. Very annoying. Otherwise a pretty good app but doesn’t have all the features of the website.

If I could give zero stars I would. This new atmos app is absolutely horrid. It isn’t even mobile friendly! Who has an app these days that ISN’T mobile friendly!!!! I couldn’t even get through the check out process because all the teeny tiny little icons are shoved on the far left of the screen and not clickable. It kept asking me to add the missing information for my saved Alaska card, and then I couldn’t click the stupid icon. Every time I click it nothing happens. It’s my Alaska card 😂. Then once I finally got through the stupid rigmarole, and had my flight confirmed, it said “add loyalty plan” to my booking confirmation. I used my loyalty points to book the flight. How is there all of a sudden no record of my loyalty number on the booking confirmation page? Hot mess. I’m actually laughing, as I’m typing this review the keyboard keeps covering my words and I can’t see what I’m writing. Is Alaska in shambles? What is happening? I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, this is such a bizarre experience. Makes me lose a LOT of trust in the Alaska brand. Pull it together.
