Recent reviews

The website with all my ticket information is in French. I don’t speak French. I have asked repeatedly for this to be translated and sent to me in English. As my trip approaches I’m afraid I’m going to miss things because I do not understand them. There are a lot of boxes in bright red that are probably important.

Oooof! This is a terrible one with no point. The app crashes every other command and has an error message on every page I observed. Most “functions” dump you onto their website or worse direct you to call a customer service number because they lack the function of the magic of the internet. This one needs a complete rework. Having no app would be better than this.
