Recent reviews

The app is completely useless. I couldn’t find my booking no matter which combination of booking reference, surname, or other details I entered. It simply doesn’t work. The registration process is an absolute mess. It forces you to fill in a huge amount of personal information just to use basic features. Instead of making travel easier, the app creates unnecessary frustration. A modern airline app should let passengers quickly access their bookings without jumping through hoops. This one fails at the basics. Very disappointing.
