٠/١٠ تجربتي المشكلة ليست فقط في الرسوم، بل في ضعف الوضوح مقارنةً بمنافس مباشر مثل طيران أديل. طيران أديل يوضح للراكب صراحة أنه مسموح بحقيبة شخصية صغيرة تحت المقعد، مثل شنطة لابتوب، بالإضافة إلى حقيبة المقصورة ٧ كجم. أما في طيران ناس، فيُفاجأ الراكب عند بوابة الصعود بأن شنطة اللابتوب تُعامل كقطعة إضافية، ثم يُجبر على دفع رسوم مرتفعة قد تصل إلى ٢٤٠ ريال. هذه ليست تجربة سفر واضحة، بل سياسة “تخطَّ عشان تتعلم”. مقارنةً بطيران أديل، طيران ناس يحتاج مراجعة جادة في وضوح السياسة وطريقة تطبيقها واحترام احتياجات المسافر الأساسية.
