قمت بحجز تذكره طيران و بعد عمليه الدفع لم يتم ارسال تاكيد الحجز و عند الاتصال بخدمه العملاء تك ابلاغي بالانتظار لمده ساعتين و بتد ساعتين تم ابلاغي لالانتظار لمده ساعتين اخري و بعد ١٢ ساعه تم ابلاغي بالأغاء الحجز و عليا الانتظار لمده ٣ ايام حتي يتم رد المبلغ من قبل الشركه و انتطار لمدة اسبوع حتي يتم استلام المبلغ فالبنك و كتي تلام لم يتم تحويل المبلغ الي البنك. I booked a Beware of Flyin.com – Unreliable and Deceptive Service I had a terrible experience with Flyin.com, and I strongly advise against using their services. I discovered Flyin through Skyscanner, but after my experience, I’m disappointed to say that Skyscanner did not offer any support or escalate the issue on their end. Furthermore, I’ve come across hundreds of similar reviews to mine, yet Skyscanner continue to list Flyin on their platform, which raises serious concerns. Here’s what happened: I booked a flight through their website and, after completing payment, was told I’d receive the confirmed ticket within an hour. However, after waiting for four hours with no updates, I reached out to them. They assured me the ticket would be sent within two hours. By the end of the day, I finally received an update, only to be informed there was an issue with booking one leg of the flight. They then presented me with two options: either pay a large price difference for an alternative ticket, or opt for a refund. If I chose the refund, I was told it would take three business days to process, followed by another 5-7 business days for the money to appear in my bank account—meaning almost two weeks for a refund. This was a major red flag. I checked other booking sites and saw the flight was still available, yet Flyin.com offered no reasonable solution. They didn’t offer compensation, discounts, or alternatives on other airlines. After rejecting their unreasonable offer, I requested a refund, and was left with no option but to wait nearly two weeks for the money to be returned. In the meantime, my credit limit was blocked, preventing me from booking a new flight elsewhere. Flyin.com is unreliable, deceptive, and unprofessional. They take your money, cancel bookings last-minute, and offer solutions that only benefit them. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Flyin.com!

برنامج سيء جدا حجزت عندهم رحلة و جلست اكثر من 12 ساعة وماتم تأكيد الرحلة وكل ما اتصل فيهم يقولون حولنا طلبك للقسم المختص وبيتم الرد عليك خلال ساعتين علما اني كلمتهم 4 مرات وكلها نفس الكلام حتى الاسترجاع يقولون بيرجعون المبلغ خلال 10 و ما طلبوا مني رقم الايبان ولا شي كيف كذا ؟؟؟ . Very bad application and worse employees. I booked a trip and the required amount was deducted, and the trip was not confirmed. They were contacted many times, and all of them told tm me the same words, and I completed 12 hours and the trip was not confirmed. Even in canceling the flight reservation, they did not take the bank account number from me to recover the amount, and they say they will refund it in my account within 10 days without knowing the bank account number, and I do not know how they will do that.
