Please check your software- in particular your mobile version. It is riddled with bugs so much it took me 18 min to check in. I kept refreshing and it would reset my check in status each time, then I could not find the actual check in until I went through 8 different menus. Also, it asks me to input my travel details before check in which it should already be in there per my complete profile and from a prior successive, connected flight on the same itinerary. It was just awful and made me quite unsure and nervous about being able to get home. I am now rethinking any future BA travels until you all actually get superb quality software. Just sooooo disappointed!!!!!

I tried every day for a week to book my seat on the plane. Tried on the BA app and on the website. I went to the airport. I called a number in the UK. I even asked my travel agent to try and he couldn’t get in either. Always said, “Sorry were experiencing technical difficulties”. Finally when I was able to get in now to check in the only seat available in premium was in the middle in the back where seats don’t recline well! Horrible service! And I always love BA!!!
