Recent reviews

Took me six hours to get my boarding pass. Website links do not work on iPhone. Always got application error and links that were emailed to me via British airways were always broken links. I had to have a friend on android phone get me boarding pass for me. I travel on many different airlines and never experienced problems like this. Check ins took all of two minutes. Phooey on British Airways. I will never travel with them again.

The app very frequently crashes and cannot display what you are trying to load making it very hard to check in, get boarding passes before you’re at the airport, and even just navigating through the app to view and book future flights. I would love to use my Avios points that I have accumulated, however the app and website make it very difficult to make progress towards completing any tasks.

This app redirects you to a website to update your information. Then it subsequently loses that information, so you have to do it over and over again. In the end you are better using a pc to go to the website and make the updates. Every time I use it something else is broken. Zero stars.. would not recommend
