I would give zero stars if possible. The app doesn’t even let you retrieve your booking. I had a flight moved 3 days later and couldn’t get any explanation or any other flight options through the app or the website. Neither work. Trash airline

This app could work if it weren’t so riddled with bugs. Between the difficulties that I have with both app and their website it’s like they don’t want people to fly with them

I recently signed up for this rewards program and just downloaded the app. The app opens up a separate website link when trying to sign into the miles program. Just why? The app just says, “Welcome guest”
