Good app I was able to go the whole booking and tracking the luggage very well with this app

I have traveled business class from USA to Abu Dhabi for vacation to meet my family . My luggage got broken . I realized it when I get to hotel in Jumerah. I reported to airline and provided all the photos . My emails was ignored and the issue was never resolved I didn’t get any compensation for my broken baggage . All vacation I was writing emails and calling airline daily that ruined my vacation time .
