This app is difficult to navigate. I have tried for weeks to change my flight but I don’t see the option to do so under manage my trip and agents help incurs a $30 fee ? this is crazy. Is this a budget airline like Spirit? Well we know what happened to Spirit … 1st and last time flying this company. Too many restrictions. I’ll fly another one for less headaches. I haven’t even been on the flight yet and I’m already frustrated. NEVER again. I don’t need so much headache to travel! It should be seamless. SMH
