Trying to join the program and I am stumped. App does not enable the “Join now” option even after I have all mandatory fields populated. Not sure what the error is as it doesn’t show anything that indicates I have incorrect info in there? App just keeps me there and does not provide my next actions!! Tried to close the app and redid it like thrice or more. With travel plans coming I was hoping to use the app for convenience, but I guess not!!

Absolutely nothing works, in their app or on their site. Not setting a new password, loading seat selection, nothing. How can an airline offer such a good in-flight experience and such a poor online experience.
