Powerful breathing exercise using the RBT ® method.

Breathing is the first and last thing we do in life. It affects every cell in our body. We breathe 25,000 times, every day. And yet, we know very little about breathing.

The RBT ® method takes inspiration from the work of Professor Konstantin Pavlovich Buteyko – a Russian doctor and researcher, who took a goal to restore a person's health by restoring the breath to its natural state. The method is based on breathing exercises that treated health problems and improving the quality of life. Professor Buteyko's work was developed in the 1950s based on the anatomy and physiology of the Respiratory system, in accordance with the understanding of how breathing can allow all body systems to operate in harmony. Many studies have found Professor Buteyko's work to be effective and safe, the British Medical Association and the international organisation GINA have confirmed its reliability, effectiveness and safety. The exercises in the RBT ® method are the result of the understanding of how to restore a natural breathing state and start healing processes without drugs or devices.
