- Accessible for users at different starting points (from bed-bound to more active), enabling gradual reconditioning.
- Helpful video demos and exercise examples that aid learning and progression.
- Professional credibility and responsiveness from the team (PT/medical input and developer support).
Cons
- Pricing and billing concerns: high cost, inconsistent charges, and lack of a transparent free trial or preview.

- Usability and interface issues: difficulty seeing posts after submission, multiple screens, and navigation that's not intuitive or accessible.

I really wanted this to be a one stop shop for my POTS healing journey. The daily journal prompt is nice, but you can’t see your post after submitting it. What?!? That’s so weird. I did love the mindfulness meditation. But, what is going on with these bonkers workout videos?! There are no warm-ups, cool-downs or stretching. If you try follow along with the video there is no counting, no understanding of when to stop. It’s literally a person doing the exercise once and then looping that video until you stop it. Also the person doesn’t talk and you just hear background noise on a repeated loop. This app has so much potential, but the training videos are a 0/5 for me. Such a bummer.

I’ve been struggling with my POTS symptoms for several years now. A few years ago, I started exercising on my own and felt so much better. However, I ended up crashing and every time I have tried to return to exercise since I have crashed. Until now! This program has helped me slow myself down to a pace that so far has kept me from crashing. If a week felt really hard even if I can pass the test, I will redo it until it feels a little easier. The video examples of the exercises are helpful and I feel like $60 a year is a very reasonable price for what you get. I also enjoy that they have added mindfulness and journal prompts into the app as well. I would encourage anyone with POTS to at least give this a shot and see if it can help you get some of your life back! I definitely have more energy and am able to do so much more since starting this program.
