I moved to NC from FL where I had MyChart, I was expecting to have at least the same level or better access to my lab results, ability to message my care team, schedule appointments and other pertinent health information. However, I have been sorely disappointed!!!! I sincerely hope the app creators and/or maintenance team will read the reviews and fix this utterly unacceptable and useless application.

Contacted my doctor this morning and she promptly messaged me back. There is a notification a message is there in 3 different places, but I cannot load the message going on 45 minute wait. This is not the first time. I have the most recent version. Terrible!

Trying to click into anything within the app you’ve got a 30% chance what you click on will open and it not take you 10 tries. Super frustrating when I thought this was supposed to be easier than logging on desktop computer.
