ezAccess Mobile is the official patient portal for some practices and offers messaging plus access to lab results. However, reviews repeatedly describe it as unstable and unreliable: it crashes, times out, and fails to load messages; core tasks like scheduling appointments are unavailable or unusable; signup flows are broken; support is limited, and the app has been nonfunctional for months in some cases.

Pros

Physician messaging and viewing of appointments and lab results.
Access to immunization records (when functioning).
Official patient portal used by the doctor's office for accessing records.

Cons

Frequent crashes and instability across navigation and actions.
Cannot schedule appointments or access the scheduling feature.
Messages and other data fail to load with timeouts or 'something went wrong' errors.
Signup/setup is broken (hard to set up, dropdowns not selectable, cannot complete signup).
Poor or missing support and ongoing reliability issues (months of non-functionality).

I could vibe code in a single night a better app than this. Constant issues with 2fa when logging in, terrible user design flow, outdated interface and modules being used.

Whether trying to book an appointment or download immunization records, it crashes every time. 0/10 do not recommend…. But of course it’s the only thing our pediatrician gives us to access records 🙄
