This app is terrible. Utterly awful. And by a tech company???

Service never worked since day of install. Tech left with service not even working. Used my previous providers fiber box to run line. Cancelled service same day still got a bill for monthly service. Avoid , run , do not use bright speed

I am very unhappy with this app! I can’t use any of the features to change stuff to my WiFi and it’s deeply concerning. I’m starting to think I should have stayed with my last provider.
