I can only hope I have successfully changed payment with the new CC that was sent to me. When I called for customer assistance, I was told that this listed number was not in service. I asked AI how to make the change and the appropriate website was provided. Once on the site, instructions were confusing. I entered the new CC number and hope it is accepted. I was never told that I had successfully changed. I also found that I could note edit the incorrect zip code. I am never late paying a bill and hope this rectifies any problem. Thanks. J Mayes

I signed up for brightspeed with an install date for next week and the app is already bad. Faceid doesnt even work. Wevsite is also hit or miss. Wont let me log on from time to time. This better not be an indication for how the service actually is
