Once again, I have an outage, and when I go to the app, it says everything is fine. Then I call in and they tell me that yes there is an emergency repair going on in your area. This happens every time I've ever had an outage. Not once is the app properly reflected that, and given me any kind of information. I wish they could get this figured out so the app might actually be helpful.
