Total Waste of space - app is a busted POS - as a service tool it fails when it comes to situations like right now there’s an outage and it failed once again every time to identify it comes back with a message no outages detected and yet calling customer service the ivr system indicates an outage has been reported - The main reason people downloaded the app it was promised to have been a useful tool into management of services but it lacks in every aspect there of - you are much better off just using the website to make payments then to use this flakey app that constantly fails to provide correct information that lacks the tools necessary to check service statuses accurately - spare yourself the headache and don’t download the app just call customer support atleast then you can get the right information- this app won’t tell you anything other than there’s nothing wrong while your internet services are down after you’ve restarted factory reset your devices. just wasted your time
