Recent reviews

WiFi stops working on my phone, so I go to the app to see if it’s down (which is what I was told the app can do when I signed up). App doesn’t work when WiFi is down. Cool. So I turn WiFi off on my phone and go to the app. It says my WiFi is working perfectly. It is not. So I get up to look, the light on the device is red, indicating that it’s not working. So what’s the point of the app? The company is also a pain to work with. Can’t wait to cancel my service with Sparklight and use Century Link instead.
