Couldn’t activate new service app would just constantly remain in a hung up state - fortunately had to transition to my main Pc To activate my new cellular service - when it came down to the eSIM activation the app was still unresponsive and difficult to work with - moving forwards the app continues to completely log me out then I keep getting a message to setup the app or one more step - biometrics to be set up even after repeatedly setting up - opening the app after login requires a constant refresh it will keep spinning and spinning but not loading any usage information - Sparklight Needs to Look into a better Application For their Service - this app feels like some Half baked App that wasn’t ready to be launched - some kind of rushed bs and it’s not even fully functional - professional service calls for fully developed and operational applications - if this app had an option for no stars you wouldn’t have to ask me twice about that decision- too many bugs too many issues and a real headache just to get anything accomplished- fix it
