This APP is so inaccurate it should be criminal. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I’ve ever experienced, Language Barrier and lost in translation at every attempt all they know for certain is to try to upsell more products and services.

I deleted and reinstalled the app and it reconnected to my router and modem. Back in business. Previously: Latest update seems to render app unusable. Each tab fails to load, prompting: “There was a delay, please try again.” The settings load normally, but most app functions are missing.
