I can pay my bill through the app and that's it. Of course they're gonna make sure they get their money.

The period of time my service has been interrupted (5/19 @ 08:20) and NOT restored is ridiculous!! I never experienced a service interruption this long with FiOS!! Seriously, 5/20 @ 10:00 is the best you can do??
