Absolute trash. I had to take over my uncle's account after he passed away and even though i switched it over to my name and contact info, i still cant even log into the profile or make payments online. Will definitely be canceling this soon

Filter reviews to MOST RECENT!! All positive reviews HAVE TO BE FROM EMPLOYEES - Because this is a WORTHLESS APP LONG AGO, we could pause access to wifi, assign devices to groups, etc. NOW you can do NOTHING. Everything you try says "experiencing technical difficulties, try again in a few minutes" ... well, it's been almost a YEAR of that. THE APP IS USELESS. Don't waste your phone space on it.
