User Reviews

Numo is highly regarded for ADHD-focused organization, routines, and a gamified, supportive experience. Users praise its ease of use, customization, reminders, and a strong community. Common downsides include billing issues after cancellation, the cost of premium features, and gaps in scheduling/AI planning capabilities that some users wish were improved.
Pros
  • Effectively helps manage ADHD symptoms through routines, tasks, and habit-building; many users call it essential or life-changing.
  • User-friendly, easy to use and visually appealing; interface is not overwhelming and offers meaningful customization.
  • Gamified elements (streaks, points, skins) plus emojis and celebratory cues boost motivation and task completion.
  • Strong community support and accountability; users connect with others who share struggles and offer help.
  • Substantial value in the free version with minimal ads, allowing continued use without immediate subscription.
Cons
  • Billing and unexpected charges after cancellation, with reports of continued charges and slow or poor refunds/support.
  • Premium features are locked behind a subscription; many users feel the free version is insufficient for full functionality.
  • Some scheduling/planning gaps noted by users (reminders ahead, calendar integration, AI-assisted planning) that hinder long-term planning.

I’ve been severely ADHD since I was 15 and that was in the 90s when really anything mental was taboo at least in where I lived. You didn’t talk about it, you just took the medicine the doctor gave you and pretended you were fine like everyone else. I learned to mask my ADHD then and kept it masked until the last 10 years as I got older and had more health issues that were disrupting my executive functioning. I wanted to not only be a voice for women with ADHD but also for living with multiple autoimmune disorders. But transparency doesn’t mean people are going to understand you any better. Only the people who love through what you do will understand. And as we get older our ADHD can get worse and with one of my diagnosis’s being in the same executive function area as my ADHD it makes being ADHD even harder now. But I’ve found my community here and I’m thankful for it.
