I created an account and attempted to purchase a monthly bus pass. When I type in my card info, I get a message that says to verify my email. I verified my email. The app will not let me purchase the monthly pass without saving my card info yet I’ve made multiple attempts over the past week to save my card info and no luck. Since it’s been impossible to have this company take my money in exchange for a monthly bus pass, I will be resorting to a different option for transportation and will slug into and from work every day. If this company refuses to accept my money via this app, they have lost what would have been a great customer that could have potentially made thousands of dollars from me over the years ahead of bus rides I would have taken.
