We believe that no eating plan works for everybody and for those who want to keep track of calories, micros and macros? There are plenty of amazing apps out there that do it very well. • The provided (often for a price) resources on the other fasting apps seem to focus a lot about what and how to eat and at least one of the popular fasting apps even charges for access to recipes. When the act of intermittent fasting is literally the total opposite of eating! We want your fasting time to be a slice of “mental vacation time” for you when you don’t have to think about food and you can think about other things that appeal to YOU.
• Therefore, instead of diet focused information that you probably know anyway, we’ve decided to include helpful and entertaining topics for you each day while you fast similar to the conversations you might have with your best girlfriends at coffee. (Rest assured, we won’t be talking about politics or religion…we want it to be a stress free and enjoyable time for you.) • How do we pay our bills?
