I purchased the yearly subscription to my loss In March of 2025. Was never able to access anything on the app other than the what comes for free. I reached through the app as well as through email, they were of no help, just kept asking for the same thing over and over even though it was sent, which was proof of purchase, and I sent a copy of my Apple Pay as well as my Apple Store showing my subscription. I really enjoyed this app and it has been a great resource for fasting. It saddens me that once again companies are taken advantage of stealing for the little people!! I shouldn’t be that shocked!! I do want to warn others that before you invest in this app be warned that they do not honor your payments and/or purchases!! This app will help you along your journey and is great for that just don’t be fooled and spend money on a product you can’t use!!!
