myTuftsMed connects you to Tufts Medicine care—Lowell General Hospital, MelroseWakefield Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, home care services, and 2000+ physicians. The app lets you message doctors, book appointments, view test results, manage prescriptions, and have video visits, all from your phone or tablet. You can find a doctor, access community resources like food banks, pay a bill, get health information, and more—anytime.

It includes a framework to share data with Apple's Health App and CareKit, which then sends data to the EHR. A physician order and setup on your device are required to upload external app data to myTuftsMed. Everything you need to manage your family’s healthcare is organized in one easy-to-use app.

Absolutely a great way to keep track of my health. Love that I can communicate with all my Drs here. Also having the ability to get my test results and keep track of all my meds. Absolutely love this App 🙂

Messages fail to send, calls are never returned. This is the most useless app I have ever tried to use. I had a simple question, ended up driving to the doctors office to get an answer.

I use this for tracking visits, lab results, communicating with my doctors….everything. Works flawlessly for me. I have records from several medical facilities, and everything is a click away.
