Recent reviews

Cannot actually talk to doctor or doctor office about emergency related to medical equipment. Call service will leave a note for nurse at doctor office. Insane that there no way to message your own doctor.

Until recently, My Mercy has been relatively easy to use. However, the app now sends notifications that say there are new messages to review, and when looked at, there are none. The app continues to send this particular notification over and over on a daily basis. It’s impacting the credibility of the app.
