User Reviews
I appreciate efforts to create freeware in Apple’s toxic SAAS “In App Purchases” ecosystem. Apps with in-app purchases get promoted with engagement-optimized ranking by Apple. If app search rank were truly organic, most top-ranked apps in a category like this would be freeware.
That being said, the way I usually quit nicotine is by increasing the total minute interval between doses.
What I really need is an app where I can hit a button for a “dose” that then measures the minute interval between doses. There should also be an option to briefly notate each dose. Then at the end of the day I get a digest mapping the intervals.
Yesterday I did this on a sheet of paper:
1:06 AM, 2 inhales
8:19 AM, 2 inhales (433 minutes)
10:04 AM, 2 inhales (105 minutes)
12:36 PM, 2.5 inhales (214 minutes)
2:11 PM, 1 inhale (95 minutes)
5:38 PM, 2 inhales (207 minutes)
7:31 PM, 2 inhales (173 minutes)
9:49 PM, 2 inhales (138 minutes)
11:50 PM, 2 inhales (121 minutes)
I want an app log where I can hit a button and create a daily digest like that (with minute intervals) automatically instead of scribbling it on paper and doing the math in my head.
Eventually, my intervals get longer and longer until I am down to ten inhales per day, then five, then two, then I quit entirely. [Can you tell I’ve been fully addicted to nicotine many times before and quit for months/years in a cycle repeated about eight times?]

Incredible app that personalizes the quitting process for your unique needs. I don’t feel shamed or pressured, just like I have a supportive coach helping me cut back and reach my goals. I highly recommend this!
