I absolutely love the STNDRD app and the workouts are excellent. The programming, coaching, and overall fitness content have been fantastic. My only major complaint is the app’s performance. It causes my phone to get extremely hot and drains battery faster than any app I’ve ever used. I’m using an iPhone 17 Pro, and no other app comes close to the amount of heat and battery usage I experience while using STNDRD. I hope this can be optimized in a future update because the workout content itself is outstanding. Fixing the battery drain and overheating issues would make this a 5-star app for me.

Absolutely everything one could ask for. From day 1 to the coveted stage prep…this has it all. I say almost perfect, simply because my aging eyes needs some bigger font options for those trainer notes, ha!

This app is great, other than the things that you count on the most. As someone that builds digital user experiences for a living I can tell you this UI sucks, really bad.
