This is one of the largest updates to B Strong yet. Coaches get a rebuilt program builder with training blocks, full-screen day editing, copy/paste weeks, and direct client assignment. The nutrition log gets editable macros and micronutrients on every food entry with live calorie calculation, a redesigned supplement card, AI insights that read your vitamin stack, and food time stamps. Import your workout history from Strong, Hevy, or Fitbod — sets, weights, reps, and session duration all transfer correctly. CSV program imports now auto-detect supersets. Plus warm-up UI, workout guardrails, My Programs library isolation, coach Reset Client Connection, and dozens of reliability fixes throughout.
