Unfortunately you only get one free guided mediation, I was not aware of this. Sadly the one I wasted it on was just a guy setting his microphone up to listen to traffic - something I can do on my own all day. Not sure how much more there is because that’s all the app lets me do. Box breathing was a nice addition. Just wish so many features weren’t pay walled.
