Recent reviews

Fails your password creation before you even type one in and the only way to try again is send another code and they have some failsafe if you resend in 10 minutes. This isn’t my fkn ssn number it’s only job is keeping my ac at either 69 or 71 degrees. I shouldn’t even need a password. At this point Honeywell is just data harvesting. Don’t buy their thermostat either. Update: I even went on their website. “account creation successful” and yet I can’t log in on the app. I hope they didn’t pay for it to be made because it’s been a long time since I’ve had this astronomically poor of an experience. Not one function of their system works well.
