Using this app for test and balance, and it is absolutely terrible!!Constantly disconnects while you’re in the middle of testing and you have to start over from scratch every time. Having to use this app slows my progress down to a crawl, and I’m told this is my only option from the control contractor. I’d say do better Honeywell, but it’s clear with all the 1 star reviews over the last several years that they do not care.

This was a great app and I greatly appreciated its functionality. Unfortunately, Honeywell removed the ability to configure TC500 without any prior warning, and two months later, there is still no update to restore this feature. Not being able to configure or systems for this length of time has been a real challenge. I hope Honeywell prioritizes a fix soon, as decisions like this and the delays that follow make it difficult to recommend them to others. The potential is clearly there, and I’d love to see it return to the experience it once was.
