The doctors are good, but team communication is really bad. Unless you are doing nothing and seating on your phone 24/7. Your animal will die before you get your medication. If you are a busy person, just go directly to the doctor. Your communication with the team will take all your time, that you can use for work or getting done some other tasks. I loved the doctor and was so happy for some savings. But if you do not get your meds or if it takes 2-3 weeks to get them all the doctor’s work is pointless. Extremely disappointing .
