This app has saved me so much time and money to manage my cats health. The chat helped me with kitten questions, and both the chat and video calls have helped save me trips to the vet for UTIs...my preferred vet is an hour away so the video calls are great. I also get to give reviews of vets, and can even book again with the same vet so it's not like a random one every time.

Kim in customer service is a joy to work with. Dr Roy Cruzan is AWESOME. I'll be using him *repeatedly*, as I have a quantity of animals. The program, itself, has a few growing pains in the audio of the tele-appointments, but hopefully time will get these improved.

paid the money for the visit and the doctor didnt prescribe what he was suppose to and told me he would. then I reached out and he blatantly ignored me. so I had to go through support. whole process took over 2 weeks. by that time I had to find alternatives and now I'm out $100+ because he didnt care enough to do what he said.
