Dutch Vet - Online vet 24/7

I needed an appointment within the next couple of days . It scheduled me a week out

I’ll try to make this as short as possible. I used Dutch to get my dogs scripts refilled. My first vet call was easy enough and they mailed my prescriptions-they never showed up. So then I call Dutch who cannot transfer the prescriptions to my local pharmacy unless I do another vet call. After waiting for the prescriptions to get there in the mail I then had to wait another 24 hours to do another vet call. New scripts were prescribed and when I went to have them transferred to the pharmacy(which takes hours on the phone to do IF you can even get through to a human) they said that the vet (who knew my whole reason for doing another vet call was to get these prescriptions sent to a pharmacy) prescribed a medication that could not be transferred to a pharmacy. So then Dutch tells me they cannot get in contact with their own vet, I sent countless messages and hours on the phone. The vet never responds and there’s nothing Dutch would do about it. Another 24 hrs pass and the vet finally responds and DOES NOT EVEN READ MY MESSAGE or change the script to the correct one. Again I called Dutch spend hours on the phone and again they cannot get in contact with this vet. So now I am absolutely screwed, my dog has been 5 days without her meds and is extremely sick, they are saying I have to wait another 24 hrs to do ANOTHER vet call for the same script. I would only recommend Dutch to people who do not care about care about their pets and want them to suffer. If you have any questions for the vet after your visit-too bad they will never respond to you again! This company has been absolutely terrible beyond words. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely awful terrible experience. Vets are awful and the customer service is non-existent
