I was pleased with Dutch at first. It took all of the hassle out of vet visits and provided a low stress appointment for my dog. The issue arose the second time we used Dutch. After what was diagnosed as a staph infection, the vet prescribed antibiotics. Everything went smoothly until it came to shipping. Dutch simply does not have the infrastructure to compete with your local vet. I ordered the meds on a Tuesday, selected expedited shipping, and the meds are not scheduled to arrive until the following Monday. For a dog with a staph infection, that is simply unacceptable. Paying for shipping in this day and age should result in some fashion of two day turnaround. After realizing the meds wouldn’t be here, I contacted Dutch support to have them provide an emergency prescription to the local pharmacy to get us by until the delayed shipment arrives. After several emails and a call, there has been no progress made. In fact, the individual on the call never sent the follow up email he assured me was coming to solve everything. Long story short, we have an emergency in-person vet visit to resolve what Dutch could not. Disappointing to say the least. While it may seem like a beneficial service at first, they clearly lack the logistics and infrastructure to compete. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere or start with your regular vet, you may end up back there anyways.

NM regulation doesn’t allow online vet appointments that give out anything other than the advice you could call your local vet and get for free. This was a huge waste of money and false advertising and im doing everything I can to get a refund. 0/10 don’t recommend for NM residents!! Were already one of the poorest states, now we get to pay for vet services on here and not receive them too!

Customer support is nonexistent. I’ve been pending a pharmacy order for five days and all it says is processing. There’s an email address for customer support which no one responds too. There’s also an 800 number that no one answers if the point is to make that care more simple and prescriptions easier to fill than this app has failed me and my pet.
