I joined because it was advertised as same day contact with a vet. However that is not the case I couldn’t speak to a vet until Tuesday and I joined the previous Thursday. Had I known I wouldn’t have paid all the money.

I haven’t got a car at the moment and my cat woke up with an irritated eye. I was looking at spending over $50 in Ubers and potentially hundreds in vet fees, plus stressing out my cat. Instead I tried Dutch. Within 30 mins I had a productive appointment with a super nice vet while my cat lounged around like a happy loaf in front of the camera. Plus, knowing I have this service for a YEAR for less than the cost of one in-person appointment gives me an incredible peace of mind. It can’t replace in-person care for severe issues of course, but this is still an amazing value and resource for pet parents.
