The app/buttons did not feel responsive compared to most apps today. The tech and UI feels outdated. Lots of features weren’t even working like booking time with a pet coach. After 2 months, I just don’t see the value.

First of all: each vet I've spoken to has been lovely and so helpful. Unfortunately, I've had issues with getting the other benefits. I've been a subscriber for three months and have only gotten the monthly rainy day pay once. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a care package as a new customer. again, it's been three months and nothing. I've reached out about it but got no response. I'll update if this is resolved!
