| 2026-01-10 | El***** | The app/buttons did not feel responsive compared to most apps today. The tech and UI feels outdated. Lots of features weren’t even working like booking time with a pet coach. After 2 months, I just don’t see the value. | |

| 2023-02-28 | 31***** | First of all: each vet I've spoken to has been lovely and so helpful. Unfortunately, I've had issues with getting the other benefits. I've been a subscriber for three months and have only gotten the monthly rainy day pay once. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a care package as a new customer. again, it's been three months and nothing. I've reached out about it but got no response. I'll update if this is resolved! | |

| 2023-02-14 | Gi***** | I have been paying the subscription fee for half a year funds have not been added to the “rainy day fund” as promised. I initially noticed this a couple months in and emailed them about it. They deposited the “catch up” funds a couple days later. I thought that was resolved until I opened the app a couple days ago and noticed it hasn’t been updated since. | |

| 2023-01-12 | Ke***** | When I first subscribed to AskVet, I loved the idea of it. I talked to real animal doctors about my cats and they gave me advice. Until one day my cat had an emergency, major bleeding from his ear, and I had to take him in. The veterinary office said they are glad I brought him in when I did as it could have gotten way worse. I reached out to AskVet about using the Rainy Day fund that I had accumulated over nearly a year of subscription and loyalty. They took a few days to respond and told me it wasn’t an emergency and it didn’t qualify. I asked them to call the vet’s office and they wouldn’t. They then continued to ignore follow up emails. Awful. | |

| 2022-06-17 | Re***** | I have used the app, connected with a vet over chat, and had zoom sessions with my certified pet lifestyle expert (professional dog trainer). This trainer (Karen Piwinski) has been excellent and has really saved me so much time and given me great ideas for training my new pup. She provides specific and concrete advice on how to overcome each challenge (like training a small puppy to heel when you have a bad back and trouble bending over) and provides insight on dog behavior and how to address it properly (like having a dog who is barking at other dogs while on the leash). After each session, she sends me a detailed plan with links to helpful videos or specific products or items she recommends. I can then work on the plan and subsequent session to troubleshoot issues and work on new things. It is really easy to schedule appointments. In addition, I am training my dog to be a service dog, and I was thrilled when I found out that my trainer can help me with this. For me, the biggest benefit is this incredible coach/trainer feature. App Update The app has improved as they recently released an update. So, it is less buggy. However, it could still benefit from some improvements. For example, my trainer sends me a very helpful detailed plan, but it disappears from the app after you read it or a new plan is added. It would be very helpful if the plans were all saved or could be forwarded to my email so that I could save them. AskVet - Please make it so that the plans can all be accessed/saved or forwarded. I would add a star for that. Vet I chatted with a vet one time so far. I was quickly connected with a vet. So, speed was very good. I was basically told that I should see a vet in person (my dog had two coffee beans in her mouth, and I didn’t know if she had eaten any). I understand why that was the message. However, my experience would have improved if they delivered the same message but also told me what signs I might see if he had swallowed any beans or when to know it is a true urgent emergency that requires immediate action. After consulting with my husband on how many coffee beans he thought he dropped (he believed it was very little), I decided to wait and see if my dog started showing any symptoms. | |

| 2022-05-09 | mj***** | They basically tell you to go to your vet and don’t tell you anything you can’t google. It’s a little ridiculous that anyone would pay for this. I used it twice and both times they told me to make an appointment with a vet….what’s the point of this app then? | |

| 2022-04-16 | al***** | Can’t recommend this service enough, I was able to get in contact with a vet in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Headrick was able to provide sound advice and direction while I was at home so that I could take the right steps. Worth the trial and definitely worth a subscription for any pet owner | |

| 2022-04-14 | bl***** | Was worried about my cat looking like a balloon. Talking to the vets on the app, they were super awesome, and it turned out to just be a non-problem that was solved with his next trip to the litter box. A little silly, but it was awesome to avoid a vet trip. | |
