User Reviews

Overall, users praise the app for clear, educational injury rehab content, a broad library of targeted exercises, the ability to track recovery, and real-world benefits like returning to running or basketball. They also value home-based convenience and addressing multiple injuries. However, recurring issues include customer support delays, refund hassles, inconsistent video loading, and some Phase 2 content that feels not injury-specific. Onboarding/login problems and occasional subscription activation delays also appear. If these reliability and support concerns are addressed, the app has strong potential as a cost-effective rehab tool.
Pros
  • Clear, concise, educational information delivered in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Wide variety of injury-targeted exercises and the ability to work on multiple injuries at once.
  • Rehab program can be effective, with users reporting significant pain relief and return to activities.
  • Useful for tracking recovery over time and monitoring progress.
  • Convenient, home-based rehab that can substitute for some in-person physical therapy and supports ongoing practice.
Cons
  • Customer support unresponsive and refund/payment handling problems.
  • Video loading issues and playback stability problems.
  • Some phases (Phase 2) feel not injury-specific; content can be generic and the subscription may not feel worth it.
  • Onboarding/login friction (Sign In with Apple loop) and other account/setup issues.
  • Occasional subscription activation delays or upgrade problems.

I have a very physical job. I love this app. The information always helps me and the way it’s delivered is easy to understand.

I was a faithful user of this app and I believe in them still. Yet their system and app function lately is demoralising. I have contacted them various times since I paid for a full year membership and have yet to hear/read back! All the while my pain is coming back and I have to go to other means to support myself. As a caregiver for my husband who has ALS & depends on me and me alone, this is quite the blow in the gut! Please consider your contact with this app before committing to a full year..or until they refund your money which I have asked for today! There is no one to support you as if this month with and in the app.
