The app won’t send me the registration email so I can create an account. My regular gci account login doesn’t work. Trying to change settings on my router so it fully functions but the router admin portal tells me to download the app, and the app doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating. GCI support is also zero help with this and refused to send someone out.

It not user friendly, it’s confusing nothing is worded to where it makes sense to turn off internet on selected devices. Now you have to make groups? But it won’t even keep the internet off when I scheduled it. As a mom that works with easy and direct, this app will piss you off before bed time. I miss the old app.

What the title says. Won’t allow me to logon. Went through the process of finding my user ID. Reset password. Just spits errors back at me when I log in using the correct things. Cool login screen simulator I guess.
