That should link me in, you have my dayum email, you have my dayum location, you have my dayum phone id, you have the modem serial number. What a literal garbage company. Probably private equities and made off with a fortune and all our information.

Back when I first got right fiber there wasn’t much of anything you could do in the plume app so I gave up. Someone recently showed me it’s been upgraded. But when I login it puts into setup mode with no way to get out of it. What kind of junk is this. It’s not like my phone doesn’t take regular updates, but this app doesn’t update?? Technology blows anymore, all the freaking security, it’s gotten so frustrating that I don’t care to use it! And now every time I go to login the app doesn’t use my saved password, instead I have to enter my email and then verify the same email over and over 😡
