As a parent who utilizes the internet timeout feature, the recent update is awful. Adding/editing recurring timeouts to my child’s devices is now a whole event when it used to be a couple of easy steps. Before the update, the app was only good for setting timeouts and checking connection. Now it’s only good for checking connection. I still cannot pay my bill or do anything else useful on the app. Looks prettier though I guess.

I have no issue with the Internet itself. However, I absolutely abhor the new app update. I can no longer block certain websites from certain devices. I have to block websites from whole people and all the devices assigned under them. I can’t modify a time out or scheduled time out easily. I have to delete it and create a new one every time. I cannot extend Internet when there’s a scheduled block for any specific device. The device names keep changing so then they’re not assigned to people. It is not easy to navigate or find things that you’re wanting to find. Please go back to the previous app or make some serious changes.
