FreedomPop’s iOS app is largely unusable due to broken renewal flows, chronic server errors, and intrusive ads. Users must contact support to renew or pay, and many report spinning, white screens, and unresponsive UI. Pros

The app allows users to manage their FreedomPop account from a mobile device.
Balance/billing information is visible and up to date in the app.

Cons

Free plan renewal is broken in the app (and web), often requiring contacting support.
Persistent internal server errors and general app instability (months of issues).
The app is filled with ads and ad overlays that block interaction and can't be closed.
UI/UX defects make the app unreliable (unresponsive buttons, white screens, overlays).
Renewal and billing workflows are hard to use; desktop renewal was removed, forcing use of a problematic app.

The app is not smooth and buggy. Auto voice CS outdated too.

After 7-8 months of “Internal server error” message, this 2.0.0 version is even worse. If you want to get rid of the free plans, just say so. Stop pretending and waste users’ time.
