There is no free number for your iPhone. It just says you can’t sign up in the app then takes you to the website that has no mention of anything that’s free. This is false advertising which I thought was illegal in the USA. I would never buy anything from a company that starts off by lying to me. Seriously, how shady can you be. What a total joke, I’m totally going to find out how to report this to my state government because this is unbelievable.

This company calls itself number one company. While in reality, they are more towards the bottom of the barrel. That’s for the following reasons: First they have an app that does not work when it comes to renewing the plan. Number two reason is: every time placing a phone call, be prepared to have your call dropped. Reason number three is, you try to call the customer service where most of them are inept, and you don’t get away without wasting a minimum of 45 minutes on the phone even if it is a very simple issue to resolve.
