Recent reviews

I’ve had Verizon since I was a teenager. They convinced me to switched from personal to business and Verizon kept my $500 rewards. Stating they can’t do anything. Now they lowered my Credict twice and had made me once over limit and the second time about 99% usage. Now this has hurt my Credict score. All the people over the phone do is read scripts but are not helpful at all.

I use faceID to open the app. It hesitates for more than a few seconds. It opens and shows a balance. Then to view the actual account details you have to do the same thing all over again. I do not have any other apps that take this long to get anywhere. Do better.
