Recent reviews

The app does not help you manage your account. It tries to sell a bunch of stuff, but simply telling you upfront about the lines you have and protection purchased it buried DEEP. This should be customer service but it’s marketing. Big surprise. God bless America

MY experience from beginning to end..easy. I want to add, tap and add to bill, remove next month if I don’t need it, and home internet in my OLD OLD LA apartment to reach one end to the other is perfect for $60. I was paying Spectrum $145 for the “BEST internet”. And the Verizon ones…plug it in any socket. Done. Ugh…shutup. It’s great. Just get it.
