My service is not working good

I have had good good service with Verizon, especially with the problems that I have had on occasion with FiOS TV they know immediately what’s wrong when I give the description of the issue and with the short amount of time it’s fixed they have never had to come to the house to do the repairs they just asked me to show them a picture and then they let me know what to doand it’s fixed and I’m very grateful for that because I do enjoy watching TV
