Every month, I have to spend hours on the phone trying to correct my monthly bills, or physically go to a Verizon store. For some reason, the 611 and 800 numbers haven’t been working from last week until now, so I had to go to a Verizon location to unlock my account. The technician was able to resolve the issue, and I was promised a $25 discount that was supposed to be applied to my account within an hour. Guess what…? It never appeared on my account. This is ridiculous.
