Forced to move to this app and our Moen Smart Faucet can no longer connect to the network. Tried switching router to 2.4 GHz only for configuration. Previous Moen app worked. Tired of debugging garbage apps.

I am fed up with this thing saying microleak left and right for say middle of the night restroom use, off pattern routine useage and other bs along this line. Stop harassing to turn off my water when I shower at an off schedule time frame. If my house didn’t have pex piping i would not have installed this thing. What an insurance scam. (Stop deleting my review because you think the word toilet use is offensive.)

The new app update from “Moen” to “Moen Flo” removed history and usage by device! This is what most of us utilized the most! It allowed you insight into how many gallons were used by a device at a specific time. This is critical detail in troubleshooting and managing water consumption!!! I spoke to Moen support and she said it was an unfortunate decision to remove this feature, and was done above her pay grade, but you can use a website link (for now) to get this detail. Even though the fixture type was not always accurate (and understandably so, it’s hard for this device to really know), but why take the predominant feature away from your offering on the app?!? I have been a huge advocate for this device and I have talked dozens of friends and family into buying them, but without this data integrated into the app I can no longer recommend spending this kind of money. While it will still detect a leak and shut off, it no longer provides invaluable data to manage water usage (right as we come into a summer that is one of the biggest droughts in decades). With the cost of water spiraling higher than ever, Moen is failing to help with water conservation by taking away data analysis. Moen Executives and Developers- PLEASE bring the history and usage by device back!!!
